Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Scope and application
1.1 These Terms of Sale govern every sale of Products made through the Platform. They form part of, and are to be read together with, the Terms of Use. By placing an Order, you agree to these Terms of Sale as published on the Platform at the time the Order is placed.
1.2 Capitalised terms used in these Terms of Sale and not defined in them have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use. In these Terms of Sale, “we”, “us”, “our”, “you” and “your” have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
1.3 The following documents also form part of the contract for each Order and apply to the matters they cover:
the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy;
the Shipping and Delivery Policy;
the Returns and Refund Policy;
the Warranty Policy; and
the other Policies, other than the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, to the extent that they apply to the Order.
1.4 The Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data in connection with your Order, and the Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Platform. They are provided for information and do not form part of the contract of sale.
1.5 If a provision of these Terms of Sale conflicts with a provision of a document listed in clause 1.3(a) to (d) on the specific subject matter of that document, the provision of that document prevails to the extent of the conflict. Any other conflict between the Policies is resolved under the order of precedence set out in the Terms of Use. No document prevails to the extent that it would reduce a right you have under clause 18 or under mandatory law.
1.6 These Terms of Sale are published in English and in Arabic. For consumers in the United Arab Emirates, the Arabic version prevails if the two versions differ.
2. About us
2.1 The Platform is operated by NEXTAURA 360 L.L.C-FZ, trading as One Basket, a free zone limited liability company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by Meydan Free Zone.
2.2 Our registered address is 6th Floor, Meydan Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2.3 We are the seller of every Product offered on the Platform. Each contract of sale made through the Platform is made between you and us only.
2.4 We may source Products from Suppliers and may appoint Fulfilment Partners to store, pack and dispatch Products on our behalf. Suppliers and Fulfilment Partners are not parties to the contract of sale and have no obligations to you under it. Our obligations to you under these Terms of Sale are the same whoever supplies, stores or dispatches a Product.
3. Eligibility to purchase
3.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an Order. By placing an Order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3.2 When you place your first Order, an Account is created using the email address you provide, as described in the Terms of Use. Orders are subject to the Account rules set out in the Terms of Use.
3.3 You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an Order, including your name, delivery address, mobile number and email address. We rely on this information to process, deliver and communicate about your Order.
3.4 You may place an Order only for delivery to a destination available at checkout.
3.5 Products are sold to you as a consumer for personal use, as set out in clause 17. We do not offer business accounts.
4. Product information and availability
4.1 Each Product page describes the main characteristics of the Product. Where applicable, the Product page shows:
the brand or producer of the Product;
the country of origin of the Product;
the importer of the Product, for imported Products;
any manufacturer’s warranty that applies to the Product;
any quantity discount that applies to the Product; and
whether the Product is a hygiene item that cannot be returned for change of mind under the Returns and Refund Policy.
4.2 We take reasonable care to ensure that Product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Images are provided to illustrate the Product. The colour of a Product as displayed may differ slightly depending on the settings of your screen. This clause does not limit your right to return a Product that is not as described.
4.3 We are not the manufacturer of the Products. Instructions for use, safety warnings and technical information supplied by the manufacturer apply to each Product. For any Product intended for health or personal care use, the information on the Product page is not medical advice.
4.4 The display of a Product on the Platform does not guarantee that it is in stock. All Products are offered subject to availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after you have placed an Order, clause 8 applies.
4.5 We may change the range of Products offered on the Platform, or withdraw any Product from sale, at any time. Such a change does not affect any Order already accepted, except as provided in clause 8.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
5.1 All prices on the Platform are stated in UAE dirhams (AED). We are not currently registered for value added tax (VAT) in the United Arab Emirates, and prices shown on the Platform do not include VAT. If we become registered for VAT, VAT will be charged at the applicable rate on Orders placed from the effective date of registration, and the price shown at checkout will include any VAT payable, as set out in the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy. We issue an electronic invoice for every Order, showing the Products, the price of each Product, the delivery fee and the total amount paid. For Orders delivered in the United Arab Emirates, the invoice is issued in Arabic, or in Arabic and English.
5.2 The delivery fee for your Order, and the total amount payable, are shown at checkout before you place the Order. For delivery in the United Arab Emirates, a delivery fee of AED 10 applies to Orders below AED 100, and delivery is free for Orders of AED 100 and above. The value of an Order for this purpose is calculated after discounts, as set out in the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy. Free delivery applies only within the United Arab Emirates. For international destinations, a delivery fee is always charged, calculated on the basis of the delivery address, and is shown at checkout.
5.3 The price payable for a Product is the price shown at checkout when you place your Order. Prices may change before an Order is placed. A price change does not affect an Order already placed, except in the case of a pricing error under the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy.
5.4 The payment methods available for an Order depend on the delivery destination and are shown at checkout. They may include cash on delivery (in the United Arab Emirates only), a card payment link sent by our team by WhatsApp or email, bank transfer and Tamara instalments where available.
5.5 Orders paid by bank transfer or card payment link are processed only once payment has been received in full. If payment is not received in full within a reasonable time after we have contacted you, we may cancel the Order and notify you by email.
5.6 Currency conversion, payment methods, payment deadlines, pricing errors and promotions are governed by the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy.
6. Quantity discounts
6.1 Tiered quantity discounts may apply when you buy more than five (5) units of the same Product, in the same size and colour, in a single Order. Units of a Product in different sizes or colours are not combined for this purpose. Where a quantity discount applies, the discount tiers are shown on the Product page or at checkout before you place the Order.
6.2 Quantity discounts are offered to consumers buying for personal use, and are subject to any quantity limit under clause 17.
6.3 The full terms of quantity discounts, including how they interact with other promotions and with refunds, are set out in the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy.
7. Placing an Order and formation of the contract
7.1 Before you place an Order, the checkout page shows you the details you have entered, the Products selected, the quantity of each Product, the delivery fee and the total amount payable. You may review and correct this information before placing the Order.
7.2 When you place an Order, you make an offer to buy the Products in the Order on these Terms of Sale.
7.3 A contract of sale is formed only when we send you the Order Confirmation by email. The Order Confirmation is our acceptance of your offer. The Order Confirmation includes, or provides a link to, these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use and the Returns and Refund Policy.
7.4 Where we accept only part of an Order, the contract is formed only for the Products listed as accepted.
7.5 For Orders paid by bank transfer or card payment link, the contract is formed when the Order Confirmation is sent, but the Order is processed and dispatched only after payment is received in full under clause 5.5.
7.6 The details of each Order, including the Order Confirmation, are available in your Account.
8. Order acceptance and our right to cancel
8.1 We may decline to accept an Order, or may cancel all or part of an Order after acceptance, in any of the following cases:
a Product in the Order is unavailable;
we are unable to deliver to the delivery address given;
a Product cannot lawfully be delivered to the destination;
the Order would breach the sanctions described in the Terms of Use, in which case the Order is cancelled;
we suspect that the Order is fraudulent, or verification under clause 10 is not completed;
payment is not received in full within the period stated in clause 5.5;
the Order contains an obvious pricing error and you elect to cancel, as provided in the Payments, Pricing and Promotions Policy; or
the Order exceeds a quantity limit under clause 17 that was shown on the Product page or at checkout when the Order was placed, in which case we may cancel only the quantity that exceeds the limit.
8.2 If we cancel all or part of an Order, we notify you by email. We refund the amount paid for the cancelled Products. If the whole Order is cancelled, we also refund the delivery fee.
8.3 A refund under clause 8.2 is made as follows:
payments by card are refunded to the card used for the payment;
payments through Tamara are refunded through Tamara;
payments by bank transfer are refunded to the bank account from which the payment was received; and
any amount paid in cash on delivery is refunded by bank transfer to a bank account in your name.
8.4 We do not charge you any fee when we cancel an Order under this clause 8.
9. Cancellation by you before dispatch
9.1 You may cancel an Order, in whole or in part, at any time before it is dispatched, by contacting Customer Service. No cancellation fee applies.
9.2 We confirm the cancellation by email. You then receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Order or Products, as follows:
payments by card are refunded to the card used for the payment;
payments through Tamara are refunded through Tamara;
payments by bank transfer are refunded to the bank account from which the payment was received; and
for an Order placed on cash on delivery, any amount to be refunded is paid by bank transfer to a bank account in your name.
9.3 Once an Order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this clause 9. You may instead return the Products under the Returns and Refund Policy, and you keep your rights for late delivery under clause 11 and the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
10. Fraud prevention and verification
10.1 To protect you and us against fraud, we may carry out checks on any Order before or after acceptance. These checks may include verifying your identity, your contact details or the payment used for the Order.
10.2 We may ask you to provide information or documents reasonably required to complete a verification. We may hold an Order until the verification is completed.
10.3 If a verification is not completed, or if we reasonably suspect that an Order is fraudulent, we may cancel the Order. We refund any amount paid for a cancelled Order in accordance with clause 8.3.
10.4 Personal data used for verification is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Delivery and fulfilment
11.1 We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates and to the international destinations available at checkout.
11.2 Orders may be dispatched by us or by a Fulfilment Partner, from the United Arab Emirates or from another country, including the destination country. Whoever dispatches an Order, we remain the seller and remain responsible to you for the delivery of the Order in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
11.3 Orders for delivery in the United Arab Emirates are delivered within five (5) days. For international Orders, the expected delivery date depends on the destination, the weight of the Order and the dispatch location, and is shown at checkout.
11.4 The delivery period runs from the date of the Order for Orders paid by cash on delivery or Tamara, and from the date payment is received in full for Orders paid by bank transfer or card payment link. If payment is received after the date of the Order, we notify you of the revised delivery date by email.
11.5 If your Order will be delivered late, we notify you of a revised delivery date. You may cancel the Order and receive a full refund, including the delivery fee, if:
the Order has not been delivered within fifteen (15) days after the expected delivery date; or
the delay means that you no longer need the Order.
11.6 Unless we agree otherwise with you, every Order is delivered within thirty (30) days of the date on which the delivery period starts under clause 11.4, subject to clause 19.
11.7 Delivery fees, tracking, split shipments, failed deliveries and the other terms of delivery are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
12. Title and risk
12.1 Risk of loss of, or damage to, the Products remains with us until the Products are delivered to you or to the person who accepts delivery at the delivery address you provided.
12.2 If a Product is lost or damaged before delivery, you may choose a replacement or a full refund, including the delivery fee.
12.3 Ownership of the Products passes to you on delivery or on our receipt of payment in full for the Products, whichever is later.
13. Customs for international Orders
13.1 For Orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are payable by the recipient, unless checkout states that they are included in the amount payable.
13.2 The recipient must provide any documents or information that the customs authority of the destination country requires to clear the Order.
13.3 If an Order cannot be delivered because customs charges are not paid, the failed delivery terms of the Shipping and Delivery Policy apply, and the delivery fee is not refunded.
13.4 Further terms on customs and international delivery are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
14. Returns, exchanges and refunds
14.1 Your rights to return or exchange Products and to receive a refund are set out in the Returns and Refund Policy. In summary:
you may return a Product for change of mind within seven (7) days of delivery, provided it is unused and returned with its tags, accessories and original packaging;
you may return a Product that is damaged, defective, wrong, not as described or delivered late within thirty (30) days of the fault becoming apparent, or within any longer warranty period;
hygiene items cannot be returned for change of mind once the seal is broken or the hygiene strip or packaging is removed, as described in the Returns and Refund Policy, but may always be returned if they are faulty;
for fault returns, the delivery fee is refunded together with the price of the Product; and
refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer to a bank account in your name for Orders paid by cash on delivery, and are processed within fourteen (14) days of inspection of the returned Product (or of approval of the return, for a Product that does not need to be sent back).
14.2 Nothing in the Returns and Refund Policy affects any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
15. Warranty
15.1 Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where this is stated on the Product page. The period and terms of the warranty are those of the manufacturer.
15.2 We assist you with warranty claims for Products sold by us, as described in the Warranty Policy.
15.3 A manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your rights under the Returns and Refund Policy, clause 18 or applicable law. The warranty is not your only remedy for a faulty Product.
16. Product safety and recalls
16.1 You must use each Product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings, and only for the purpose for which it is intended.
16.2 You may report to Customer Service any Product sold by us that you consider to be unsafe.
16.3 If we become aware that a Product sold by us is the subject of a recall or safety warning issued by its manufacturer or by a competent authority, we will notify affected customers using the contact details held for the relevant Order, and will provide any remedy required by the recall or by applicable law at no cost to you.
16.4 This clause 16 does not limit your rights under clauses 14, 15 and 18.
17. Personal use and quantity limits
17.1 Products are sold for your personal or household use, or for use as gifts. You must not purchase Products for commercial resale.
17.2 We may limit the quantity of any Product that may be purchased in a single Order. Any such limit is shown on the Product page or at checkout before you place the Order. If an Order exceeds a limit shown at the time of the Order, we may accept the Order only up to the limit and cancel the remaining quantity under clause 8, with a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled quantity.
18. Our liability to you
18.1 We do not limit our liability to you to any financial amount.
18.2 If we fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, we are liable for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach, or if both you and we knew it might happen at the time the contract was formed.
18.3 We are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
18.4 Nothing in these Terms of Sale, or in any document that forms part of them, excludes or limits our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
defective Products;
any right you have under the consumer protection law of the United Arab Emirates; or
any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
18.5 If you live outside the United Arab Emirates, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live. Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects those laws.
19. Force majeure
19.1 We are not liable for a delay or failure in performing our obligations to the extent that it is caused by severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, border closures or government action (each a “Force Majeure Event”, as defined in the Terms of Use).
19.2 A delay or failure by a courier, Fulfilment Partner, Supplier or other contractor appointed by us is not a Force Majeure Event.
19.3 If a Force Majeure Event affects your Order, we notify you, and our obligations are suspended for as long as the Force Majeure Event continues.
19.4 If, because of a Force Majeure Event, your Order has not been delivered within fifteen (15) days after the expected delivery date, you may cancel the Order and receive a full refund, including the delivery fee.
20. Complaints
20.1 You may make a complaint about any Order, Product or service free of charge, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, using the details in clause 25. Customer Service hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (UAE time).
20.2 We acknowledge each complaint within two (2) Working Days and give you a complaint reference number. We send you a full response within fourteen (14) days of receiving the complaint.
20.3 If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask for your complaint to be escalated to a manager.
20.4 You may also contact the competent consumer protection authority at any time:
if you are in the United Arab Emirates, the consumer protection line of the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism on 800 1222; or
if you are outside the United Arab Emirates, the competent consumer authority in your country.
20.5 This clause 20 summarises the complaints procedure in clause 23 of the Terms of Use, which applies to every complaint. Using it does not affect your right to bring proceedings under clause 21.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
21.1 These Terms of Sale, and every contract of sale made under them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
21.2 The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale or any Order.
21.3 Clause 21.2 is without prejudice to the right of a consumer living outside the United Arab Emirates to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which they live, where the mandatory law of that country allows.
22. Language
22.1 These Terms of Sale and each document listed in clause 1.3 are published on the Platform in English and in Arabic.
22.2 For Orders delivered in the United Arab Emirates, the Order Confirmation is provided in Arabic and English, and the invoice is issued in Arabic, or in Arabic and English.
22.3 Customer Service and our other communications with you about your Order are provided in English, without prejudice to clause 22.2.
22.4 For consumers in the United Arab Emirates, the Arabic version prevails if the two versions differ.
23. Changes to these Terms of Sale
23.1 We may amend these Terms of Sale from time to time. The amended version is published on the Platform with the date on which it was last updated, and takes effect when it is published, subject to clauses 23.2 and 23.4.
23.2 The version of these Terms of Sale published on the Platform when you place an Order applies to that Order. An amendment does not apply to an Order placed before the amendment is published.
23.3 We notify Account holders of any material change to these Terms of Sale by email.
23.4 Other than in relation to an Order already placed, a material change to these Terms of Sale applies to an Account holder only from the date falling fourteen (14) days after we notify that Account holder by email under clause 23.3, unless the change is required by law or is solely in your favour.
23.5 You should review these Terms of Sale regularly.
24. General
24.1 If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
24.2 If we do not enforce, or delay in enforcing, any right under these Terms of Sale, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
24.3 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a contract of sale to another person without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity, provided that this does not reduce your rights under these Terms of Sale.
24.4 For each Order, the contract of sale consists of these Terms of Sale, the documents listed in clause 1.3, the Terms of Use, the Order Confirmation, and the description, price and other information shown on the Product page and at checkout at the time the Order is placed.
24.5 Provisions of these Terms of Sale that by their nature are intended to continue after delivery of an Order, including clauses 12 to 16, 18, 20 and 21, continue in effect after delivery.
